San Salvador clinched Liga Mayor title. San Salvador forced 19 Salvadorenas 2 turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when San Salvador made 9 blocks. Cuban Anisleidys Martinez (181-1989) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 18 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks. Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) contributed with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 10 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Center Silvia Vega (176-2003) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds and forward Gabriela Alfaro (167-2004) added 3 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Salvadorenas 2.
